LOL! i love NOAH! i can't say i love it as much as the old AJPW, though. sure, the rosters overlap, but Misawa hasn't done a great job of creating new stars at the world title level, and there are also a lot of throwaway matches on the regular TV blocks. i can remember when you would get great wrestling on AJPW TV literally *every* week.
for the big matches at the big shows, though, NOAH rules. and i have to give Misawa credit for one other thing - he's done a much better job of building up an exciting jr. heavyweight division than Baba ever did - but i can't think of any wrestling anywhere that had more awesome, *logical* booking at the top of the card than 1990's All Japan.
All that said, Kobashi/Sasaki's my match of the year...
