eek Is it just me or have guys suddenly turned into Heartless bastards? Ok, so maybe he gets too much sympathy, but he still isn't a bad wrestler.... Man, some of you people are messed up...
Last I checked, Zach Gowan is a human being. I can laugh at a human being, now can't I? The fact that he has one leg is irrelevant to whether I should have a heart or not. I mean, if I said I laugh at any other wrestler for looking funny in the ring, you probably wouldn't say anything. Treating one-legged people like they deserve special treatment because they are handicapped in someway is a bit heartless to me. People always treat them like second-class citizens.
Unlike most of the world, I treat the handicapped like actual people. I give sympathy only in situations where it is needed. Zach lost his leg a while ago. Why should I feel sorry for that? Maybe if he lost it in the middle of his wrestling career and couldn't compete anymore and still wanted to wrestle. But that's not the situation now is it? Zach Gowan, a living, breathing, human being. That's how I see it. Many people out there, however, see him as a one-legged boy wonder. That's pretty shallow.
