RAW 12-9-2013 Discussion Thread

So I've already got a problem with the Slammy's tonight...namely in the "Match of the Year" category, where the match that probably legit was the match of the year and the runner-up are not listed. The nominees are Rock/Cena (which was s**t), Punk/Taker (no problems there), HHH/Lesnar (which was, again, s**t), and a fourth I don't remember. Conspicuous by their absences are Punk/Lesnar and Bryan/Cena from SummerSlam, which I'd put at 1 and 2 respectively this year. So, prepare to facepalm because I'm sure Punk/Taker won't win out of that list, and it'll be just another excuse to get Cena up to the podium...cause that's been working so well for the past 8 years... rolleyes

In more hopeful news, Solomon Crowe made his NXT debut (not television debut) with a gimmick labeled as "evil hacker." It sounds ridiculous, but watching the fan video, it doesn't look too bad. They could actually do something with that, until he gets to the main roster where those clueless morons in creative will have no idea what to do with it.

In other news, AJ Styles is done with TNA. I'd say the likelihood of him getting a shot in the WWE at this point are slim to none...should have sold out when he had the chance...

It took me a while to understand what you're talking about cause I don't play Pokemon. I've only ever played the first gen game, so I don't even know what a Houndoom is...but at shiney, I got it.

They'll probably give it to Cena...which is a travesty. The only way I'll be cool with it is if HBK attacks D-Bry later in the show...just to swerve everyone, cause everyone assumes it'll be done if D-Bry wins the Superstar of the Year award.
