On another matter, since it's pretty safe bet that he's going to be taking some time off from Raw (if not flat-out retiring), who do you guys think should replace him on the commentary?

Personally, my vote? OH, YOU DIDN'T KNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW?"

Would love that, but you guys know that DDP did sign a 1year deal, contents unknown and he's great on the mic...he's an inspirational speaker for ******** sakes! He's physically able to get in the ring, but if creatives do what I think they might with him I'd prefer him on mic...possibly in a War of Words with Punk or something.

You know...I didn't even think of DDP. sweatdrop But either of them, would be tops, with me.

That's another question; how does Punk respond to this? I didn't watch the whole show, only up until PTP vs ---- so if he already did I should really get on youtube.

He followed his current routine against Cena, while making no mention of Lawler, at all.

The WWE has been talking about who to bring on to Smackdown to do commentary, and JBL's name has been thrown around a lot, and Mick Foley's name as well. Perhaps with the time off that King needs to take, the 'E can bring a few guys to test on the mic.

Honestly, if WWE wants a good commentary that's funny and accurate, I'd say go with Road Dogg and Josh Matthews. They go well together on "Are You Serious?" and seem to compliment each other. It would also give "Are You Serious?" some promo time, and maybe a little Puppet HHH action on TV.

The good news is that he's doing ok.

Just because they can host a 3 minute internet segment doesn't mean they can convey multiple stories at different emotional levels for 3 hours, whilst hitting multiple targets at the same time.
