I didn't understand why they'd have Mickie lose to Jillian only to have Jillian lose it a minute later. Why not just annouce the trade and have Mickie face Melina? I get why Mickie had to lose the title, I just don't see the logic in doing it that way.

Some many things were wrong...

1) Jillian didn't do anything to deserve the title shot. Heck, her win/loss record is horrible!
2) What did she do to have to defend the title the night she did it? Heck, that's something heels do to faces! Face/heel lines blur again!
3) Melina botches the Yoshi tonic yet again! So what else is new?
4) Melina for Beth Phoenix.. Dear god, I hope this means that Beth would be treated properly. She's too talented to be treated like she has been lately.

Exactly, Jillian is the most underrated diva in the WWE, she is one of the best workers, hell, she could have made it in the golden era, now, nothing agaisnt Melina, I think she is great, but that is beside the point, Jillian deserves better than that, but no when she debuts she gets an ugly growth, then job to Ashley and Michelle(before she got better), as stupid sining gimmick, and now losing her divas title in a matter of 5 minutes, that's crap.
If anything the match should have been a countout or dq if mickie came back and brawled with Jillian and Melina and we would have a triple threat match at Bragging rights, but no. we get crap, frankly, I am not surprised

I marked out of confusion. Seriously, that was the equivalent of like the Brooklyn Brawler winning the IC title or something.Then I was disappointed by the immediate defense, the 50% botched match, and the aftermath. I liked that Raw too; that whole segment was just weird though.

Yeah, I agree with you on that part. She comes back after like how many months of being awol and she gets a title shot? Weird. Even so, Melina did even LESS to deserve her title shot, with losing her last match on SD...

Still, she comes back, actually gets her first title shot in her WWE career, and she ends up losing it to Melina in less than 2 minutes. As Carlito would say: Thats NOT COOL. And from the way Jillian reacted, I believe that she was SUPPOSED to get out of that first finisher, then get hit with the second. Just my take from it.

@ Jace Storm: Yeah, they are really blurring the face/heel lines. And I do hope that Beth turns FACE just because SD is lacking in that department for its women. Plus I want to see Beth totally OWN Michelle McCool's a**. It would make me quite happy to see that happen. 3nodding

Jillian is a diva I have always liked , when she won the divas title it was a little predictable that the guest host would get involved although I thought the match would be restarted with her and Mickie not that Melina would be drafted. I think its a shame as Jillian has really kept her in ring skills to a specific standard and has kept her heart in it I think whereas Gail even with the oppurtunities given to her has clearly faltered.
