Anonymous nominations and PM voting will be introduced, the quotas will be removed, and interlude updates will be added (when I can). (b'-')b I had another suggestion for you, but the PM voting surpasses it. I'll tell you the other idea in the FTMOCR guild. It's nothing major. Okay, sure You know your inbox will get flooded with a bunch of votes from newbs/mules right? Lynx mentioned that, already. He's probably going to have votes sent to a mule. The next rumble will be run via my Nitro Byrne mule. also, with the pms, it is easier to weed out mules. as for newbs, who gives a rats, as long as they arent using mules, I have no problems

Normally there is a couple of days between Rumbles, just so I can have a system cleansing (keeping this stuff up for a month, more in this one's case, can actually be a bit tiring), and especially now this weekend I am kinda busy, so we are probably looking at Sunday AEST before I start the new one.
