Hey there,
Back in December a thread was posted requesting member feedback on the forum. Lots of helpful feedback was given. A list has been compiled with possible solutions - this'll be an open discussion, so please feel free to continue to post to keep the lines of communication going.
So, here are some thoughts and possible solutions on the problems shown in this thread. Solutions are not written in stone and are definitely open to tweaks and feedback.
As stated, it'll be a open discussion, so please let us know of any concerns regarding the issues and the suggested solutions. The forum is visited daily (contrary to popular belief) so there will be responses to future concerns posted in the thread.
Cheers!

- Trolls & Forum Violations
As with any forum, there is going to be spam and unfortunately the odd troll. Nothing that can't be remedied - the moderator team does their upmost best to find and act on violations. Moderators do have several different forums to take care of, so a lot of help can come from the forum regulars. I've noticed that a lot of threads here go unreported which puts a large delay on having them seen and removed by one of the moderating team.
- Possible Solution: Report! <3 Seriously, the report post/thread helps us out so much it's not even funny. More reports coming in means that we'll see them quicker and get them looked at quicker. Having a thread or post reported is like putting neon lights on it. Unreported, it's like a sneaky camo deer in a thick forest.
If you think it's a troll, report it and in the "additional notes" field, put in why you think it's a troll. If it is, it'll be dealt with, if not, it's not a big deal. Obviously don't go reporting every new comer with less than impeccable grammar as a troll, but if you're leaning towards it being a troll/forum violation, it doesn't hurt to use the report button.
Forum Regulars Don't Post // Clash between new viewers/Gaians and the more established viewers/Gaians
A good community has those long standing citizens to show new comers the ropes. Dedicated members are the backbone of the community - we want to keep them! We're not able to force anyone to post, and sometimes people fade from once loved items and move on.
- Possible Solution: Hopefully we can work together to inject more life into the forum and get the more established Gaians posting again. And, within constraints, make the forum more open to post so that things can remain fresh to keep newcomers coming back. Suggestions on how to do this - please post!
Stagnant plots within the programming leaves little discussion
Unfortunately not much can be done save from writing to Mr. McMahon to fire all his plot writers.
- Possible Solution: Branch out to include more wrestling themed threads that aren't reliant on current plots. Suggestions welcomed!
Miscommunications between moderators
Moderators do work as a team but the technology isn't up to par to have us mentally connected to each other. (Besides, it'd be kinda creepy.) From this thread, I could only gather two cases of miscommunication, so it's a bit hard to add commentary to this issue.
- Possible Solution: More feedback is needed to address properly. Please post more details on concerns regarding thoughts on the Professional Wrestling forum moderator communication. Just make sure to keep it civil, avoid personal attacks and try not to post hearsay. :3
Repeat threads - example: vs threads
Lots of fans will want to discuss the same things. Not everyone will want to discuss in the same thread. Bring forth the March of the Repeat Threads.
- Possible Solution: See which topics are most posted about, possibly create a sticky, "official thread" and/or amend the forum guidelines.
As stated, it'll be a open discussion, so please let us know of any concerns regarding the issues and the suggested solutions. The forum is visited daily (contrary to popular belief) so there will be responses to future concerns posted in the thread.
