It's just to tell us that you're committed to the shop and likely to be present
at all times. (well mostly whenever you're online anyways)

and Part Time is you only do a few characters every now and then.
Like maybe once a month or something.

Not entirely sure.
Brolis (the owner) would know more.

But basically customs is under your control.
You can open whenever you want.

Fulltime:
But the work for the shop I think is basically Do 1 flatsale
character every month which is worth 15-25k. And any growths
of past characters you've done whenever needed.

And then you can create additional special characters
for auction as well.

As for full time artists, they should also help with growths
from other artists who are not around anymore or to help
with an artist who is swamped with too much growths from flatsale characters.

Since part time artists are not around all the time
they mainly stick to their own characters and do maybe a flatsale
character at least once every 2 months?

And everything else is the same. They do all their custom character growths as well.
