Joint shops are normally for avi art and OC art, or whatever the customer is looking for at the time. The 'looking glass' is just a theme used to help attract customers. Some shop owners take it further and make it a roleplay as well. Generally, customers like looking for artists with similar interests, so the theme is beneficial.

A little about yourself: Let's see. First of all, I love the idea for this shop! <3 I've been on Gaia many years but just recently started drawing avi's and now I'm hooked! I recently got a a tablet and I've been drawing since then, I'm trying to join a shop where I can use my skills and improve from there. I love cute things! (Although sometimes a lot of people don't realize it... ^^; ) My favorite place in the world is Disneyland and even though I'm older I still love rides like the teacups and splash mountain. <3 I believe that secret to staying young is to act young, be crazy and enjoy everything!
