Hmm... 1k for B&W, 2-3k for colored.

Might want to do some studies on human anatomy; if you're mature enough to handle it, go to Posemaniacs.com and study the models. If not, ask a friend to pose for you while you do a quick sketch of them. Just keep practicing and try to draw a bit from life.
