I'm Olive, the owner of Kitsu-Ne. The shop has been around since July of 2010 and features lineart by Samuality! We are fairly successful, most large events bringing in millions of gold.

We are holding TWO ROUNDS for colorists! For the first round, please use the form below. If the current staff members like your application, you will be permitted to color actual Kitsu-Ne lines.

FIRST ROUND OF HIRING ENDS FEBRUARY 16TH.
SECOND ROUND OF HIRING ENDS MARCH 1ST.

SHOP MANAGER WILL BE HIRED BY FEBRUARY 16TH.

Please note that these dates are subject to change at any time.
Also know that if we like your coloring application before the first deadline, I hold the right to give you the second round lineart at any time.

EDITING colorists

expectations

- Be active in the shop - this means posting at least once a week (when possible) and conversing with customers.
- Color at least 5 pets a month during non-event months, more during events.
- Host at least 1 game per month.
- Have open slots for customs and breedings and much as you'd like.
- Have STRONG editing abilities, must be cohesive with current lines and templating.

pay

- The ability to hold unlimited games/flatsales/auctions/raffles/custom slots/breeding slots.
- The ability to accept bribes and pet/art trades (provided all coloring minimums are met).
- The ability to color and keep (or give away) one pet per month (provided all coloring minimums are met).
- 100% pay for Flatsales, Customs, Raffles, Bribes
- 80% pay for Auctions

-- There are 2 different types of colorists for Kitsu-Ne - editing and non editing. You are welcome to apply for both but may only be selected for one. If I feel that your editing skills aren't strong enough BUT I like your coloring skills, I may offer you a non-editing position. Also note that any position can by upgraded or downgraded at any time - if I see your editing is improving, you may be bumped up to an editing slot. If I see that your editing is going down in quality, I will give you a warning before downgrading you to colorist only. There will be more information on this in the guild upon hiring.

NON-EDITING colorists

expectations

- Be active in the shop - this means posting at least once a week (when possible) and conversing with customers.
- Color at least 5 pets a month during non-event months, more during events.
- Host at least 1 game per month.
- Have open slots for customs and breedings and much as you'd like.
- Have the desire to make yourself a stronger colorist. There will be resources available to help you become an editing colorist in the future.

pay

- The ability to hold unlimited games/flatsales/auctions/raffles/custom slots/breeding slots.
- The ability to accept bribes and pet/art trades (provided all coloring minimums are met).
- The ability to color and keep (or give away) one pet per month (provided all coloring minimums are met).
- 100% pay for Flatsales, Customs, Raffles, Bribes
- 80% pay for Auctions

-- This position would also be able to color our familiars, which are yet to be released.

expectations

- Be active in the shop - this means posting more than once a week and conversing with customers.
- Help think of event ideas when necessary.
- Take care of any shop "drama" when necessary.
- Help with the organization of shop threads/guild.
- Any other small shop-related tasks I may need done - which will be discussed with you first!

pay

50k on months with NO large events.
150k on months with large events.
