I visit nearly every forum and have some large thread going on in each of them. I'm well known around the charity/quests area, and could bring in customers, and still have time for event planning.
How much should you get paid?: I'm honestly not concerned about getting paid, its up to you, you're the boss. You pay me as you see fit.
