whee I'll certainly keep my fingers crossed. Though sample/s won't be coming for quite awhile XD I have a buttload of commissions I have to complete first D8.

But I was wondering how did you come up with the concept?

I don't remember that well actually xD I remember visiting a horrid yaoi b/c shop a good half year ago and positively gagging at the lack of MEN (them lesbians in dresses didn't count) and I thought to myself "WE NEED MORE YAOI B/C SHOPS D8" PROPER ones.

Asides from that, I started doodling in my sketchbook, drawing something random and his waist turned out much too thin so I made his legs kind of frog-like and then pointy ears and webbed fingers etc with cool markings (I think I initially wanted an elf) but then I realised he was starting to look like a frog XD. So then lightbulb went off and I started discussing the idea with a few IRL friends, one of which helped me with the breeding process a lot @___@ /raaaant

xD That's quite the story~
But that's how ideas form, either by accident or by random occurance.
I once considered opening a B/C shop Something about a post apocolyptic world, the focal point was war androids, but I never really develpoed it, don't really plan to at this point either.
But I like your idea and the story you composed is actually quite coherent to the animal itself, impressive, and creative ^^

Haha, I'm lucky for having that random idea! xD Yeah, it's hard to develop something and stick to it D'x I made this idea ages ago, sometime around August, and never got around to making a B/C thread because I a) didn't know how to do it and b) I was lazy xd

King is good at putting things into words ^^ While I made up the story, King wrote it down for me <3 She's a really good storywriter.

*___* Yay! <3 I already have friends who are nagging me about the price, wondering if they can buy one, but chances are these pets will be a little pricey XD Because I'm going to be drawing like.. custom frogs. They're not gonna be lineart templates to recolor over (only the first one or two stages will be).

I'm so glad I have King's help in this .__.; She works for... Soquili? XD I'm clueless about the B/C industry, especially when it comes to pricing @___@;

Wow Soquili is quite popular, I see it all over gaia, seems you have found you're self an extraordinary partner.
-Even if it was line are templates, the quility of your art is superb 3nodding
Any thing you make would fetch a nice price tag.
The B/C is quite complicated from what I see, probably the reason why it takes groups of people to run shops.
