We are currently hiring for 1-2 full-time (preferably) Edit colorists!

Rules~

1. Please use common sense, and please read the front page. ^^
2. Be nice and polite; there are some really sweet-natured people who are attached to the shop, who are willing to be friendly to you guys. ^^
3. Please follow Gaia ToS. Standard practice for all Gaians.
4. DO NOT STEAL ANYTHING. I've hung around the B/C long enough to see grand art theft, and it ain't pretty.
5. Please do not apply if you cannot fulfill your job role/cannot be active in the shop.
6. More may come as necessary.

This is our Adult Female Starborn (regular pet). No stealing the art! If we find anyone has used it for anything other than for this hiring thread we will take action.

Colorist Applications

Requirements
-Friendly and gets along with other staff
-Must listen to elfstar89's and xx Aps' authority!
-Must be able to work with PSDs
-Be able to edit
-Hang out in the thread; if you poof for one entire month without warning or good reason, I reserve the right to fire you
-All stages of a pet must be completed before a pet is sold.
-Work load for our colorists is that you open breedings and customs at least once every other month (our shop has a preference to breedings over customs). And you must be able to do a flatsale once every three months (non-Event related). Also helping out with Events.
-If you'd like to apply but can't commit to that much work, let us know how much you can do in your application and apply as a part-time.
-Be aware we have A LOT of PSDs and are currently trying to work through them to find which ones we need and which we don't... I'm not joking.. There is A LOT of them.
-We also need help cleaning up PSDs and would love any help you can provide in cleaning or compressing them into fewer files.

-One free pet and one free breeding of any sort, colored by you
-Every three months of verified work you will get a free custom and breeding of your choice to do with as you like.
-Flatsale: 100%
-Raffle: 90%
-Auction: 90%

-I would like for you to show me samples of colorings, edits (minor/mod and heavy) and breedings. I will give you samples of pets already in the shop. You may pick any combination (same-sex breedings are allowed here) and come up with how you would do their breeding. Please indicate in your form which pets are the "parents".

Certist Application

Requirements
-Being friendly and getting along with other staff.
-Hang out regularly in the thread; again, if you poof for an entire month without warning or good reason, I reserve the right to fire you.
-Certing all pets in all stages.
-Using Drop Off Dates.
-Any and all recerts.
-Knowing how to use Blending Options/Outter Glow/Transparency when needed.
-Must also be willing to download the fonts we use (Burst My Bubble and Princess Lulu).

Payment
-One free pet and one free breeding of any type, colored by the colorist of your choice
-2k per month; after the first six months of solid work, I will discuss a raise.
-Also like the colorists, every three months of work you will get a custom and breeding of your choice.
