Hmm...I think that can go for 25-50k~ If you clean up the coloring and maybe add another layer of shading to add depth it'd go for doubleC:
As for the constructive part~ the thing that make it look a bit strange to me is the lineart~ it doesn't match the coloring as well as it could I know using a darker shade of the fill as lineart is okay but only if you have more depth in the actual fill will it look its bestC:

I know it's supposed to be chibi, but the legs are a little too small.
And your shadows are too subtle.
And the hips start too far down from the torso.

Thanks, your comments are really much appreciated. I knew about the torso, but didn't realise about the legs, and cheers for helping me find out why my colouring was so terrible this time round xD (maybe its the dark colours... ninja )
