This is for the return of a petshop that I once worked in and managed. It was called the Prismasprites. However, this shop fell, and I am wanting to cut mostly all ties to that shop, so the name will be changed, a different kind of marker will be used, and multiple artists, so that the whole thing won't depend solely upon a single artist.
I'm not saying that this shop will mass produce them and end up making it so that every single halfway willing person on Gaia will have one. No. I am saying that I want a few events a month, and I want artists who I can run the events by, and they can volinteer for the position as artist or artists for that event.
I want to make this as easy of a process as possible, and I want to make it failsafe. FAILSAFE.
However, to live up to the standards that the Prismasprites had, we need some kick a** artists.
It will be broken down like this:
I will get 20% solid of all sales. That leaves 70% for the artist if they do their own coloring, or if I need to find a colorist for the artist, then the percentages will be cut out of yours. The other 10% will go to my assistant, whenever I pick that person. 20% is not that much. It's just what I get for dealing with people and making sure things run well.

Assistant:
This person has to be good with me. They have to have a sense of humor, and in general can pick up the slack where I leave off. I have a lot of responsibilities both in real life, and on Gaia and you have to see just where I make mistakes. If all else fails, you have to be there to talk to the artist and make sure that the events go as planned. You will get the events from me for the next three months, and you have to be there to make sure those planned events go off without a hitch.
You have to deal with an eccentric teenage girl trying to multitask to the point that she's going insane, and be able to keep a light heart about it. I don't really expect too horribly much in the end, but you'll also have to be something of a roleplay manager. Need to make sure that there's no horrid amounts of violence, or sexual things, within the guild, and you also have to make sure that people roleplay enough within the given times so that they don't get their pet taken away.
