Welcome to Sweet Treats Bakery Hiring Thread!

Hiring will be opening for a very brief time. Roughly February 11th - 22nd. Will be looking for a Full Time Colorist that does at least mild edits. (Open/close eyes, ear edits, tail edits, some jewelry, some clothes, etc)

:: Up Keeps Events. Such as, Raffle Entries, Flatsale/Flaffle Sales, Auction Bids, etc.
:: Updates Thread Title as needed.

:: Pay: Unpaid. Tips possible.

:: Applications:

0 || Cert Manager ||
:: Certs all creations.
:: Ensures that creations grow in timely fashion.

:: Pay: Up to 50% of Profits. To be paid monthly. Example being, if 20k was made in one event that ran February 20th - March 3rd, and 55k was made in one event that ran March 20th - March 28th, that would be 75k for the month. Colorist Staff is always paid first. If Profit after that was 15k, you'd make 7,500. You're encouraged to Color as well as Cert.

:: Applications:

0 || Colorist ||

:: Creates at least 2 creations per event. Must be willing to accept that their creations could be offered in FlatSale, Flaffle, Raffle, Auction, Freebies, Giveaways, etc, at Owners discretion.
:: Must have all stages colored before the Event starts.
:: May face termination if Colorist fails to partake in at least 1 event monthly, bi-monthly if Shop does not do an event that month.
:: Must actually talk in the thread!

Pay: First Month 80% of all Sales. Second Month and thereafter 90% of all Sales.

True.. Made by the same artist, though. So perhaps the template will help tie them together.
