We're currently still working on things such as the battle system and details, but feel free to take a look!

Eons ago, powerful runes were left behind by a mystical force.

When these runes awaken, they are so powerful that they create abnormalities and chaos in the world such as storms, drought, floods, and all sorts of natural disasters.

In order to protect their people, the kingdoms of Cytos band together to find a way to stop the runes.

They eventually found the key to their problem - they needed a container. By putting the runes into a physical body, they were able to harness the power of the runes. However, the beings born from this process were not humans. The people call them Arcais.

Physically, the Arcais look very much like a human. However, there are many subtle differences such as the colors of their hair, eyes, skin, and occasional traits and birthmarks which diverge from the norm. Another difference is that the Arcais has the ability to control the elements. Depending on the element their rune used to have, they have the ability to use it as well.

With their power over the elements, many people have come to realize how dangerous they could be. The rulers of the kingdoms also took noticed, and slowly the concern for power started a war. The peace that carried out was tarnished, and it is now a race between the kingdoms to gather as many runes as possible.

And that, is the start of our story...

Arcais are the "pets" of this shop!
They are humanoid, and have the ability to control the elements.
Initially, Arcais start with the same element as the rune that gave birth to them. However, if they join the Fraction Battles, they have the ability to gain two extra elements from absorbing the rune they won (if they so chose to).
Once an Arcais has gathered their 3 elements, they cannot absorb any other essence that is not those three elements.
Having four or more elements will cause your Arcais to implode or explode depending on the elements they have already in their body.

The growth of the Arcais comes in four stages: Essence, Physical Body - Adolescence, Physical Body - Youth, and Physical Body - Adult.

[1] Essence
Your fraction has won and has returned with rune in hand. Enchantments and spells has been put around it to contain the destructive nature of the rune as you wait for the alchemists of the kingdom to get their butt into gear and start the containment ritual.

[2] Physical Body - Adolescence
With time, the alchemists of your fraction are finally ready to start the containment ritual. The Arcais birthed from the rune is now contained within a physical body, and their education and livelihood is now up to you.

[3] Physical Body - Youth
The Arcais has grown to know the world. They are now able to function like everyone else, though their control over the element(s) could still use a little work.

Faction Battles - Battle for the Rune!___________________

Four times a year, there will be an event held in which the different fractions will be allowed to duke it out for an essence! Why would you want to duke it out for the essence you wonder? Well, winner of the event will be given the opportunity to make their Arcais stronger, or have the essence processed as an FS pet for that specific fraction in the year end sale!

The more essences you win, the stronger your Arcais will be, and the stronger your fraction will get!


Battle of the Runes will be held in January, April, August, and December.
