2. Ask the stylist for a white hair dye.
3. Wait for them to make it.
4. Sit while they apply it.
5. Wait 30 minutes.

You can bleach it. I know some people bleach their hair first if they have really dark hair and want to dye it a neon color of some sort. So it should work.
Or you could just go with a really light grey or really light platinum blonde color, which you can get at a drug store or at walmart or target.

As much as I love white hair, you can only have it by totally killing your hair.
I wouldn't.

You would have to bleach the crap out of it
but that will probably kill your hair
and if you kill your hair it brakes off and can sometimes leave bald spots
and that really sucks >.<

..do NOT bleach your hair until it fries. you need to bleach it yellow and then get the yellow out with a toner.

there is also purple/silver shampoo & conditioner to get rid of the yellow
though use it too much it turns purple surprised
