Hemp was originally beaten off by paper moguls. A truly monopolistic campaign based on fear and hatred of free markets. I say, bring on competition.

I'm voting yes on it. I think legalizing pot would save our state a lot of money. It would save the jails money because pot smokers, and growers wouldn't be in the court system. It would save people money because it would be easier to buy. I also think that the taxes would come in handy for the state too.

As for passing? I don't know. I do know that one a few Oregon politicians are for it.
