Pretty much :/ . A bunch of little kiddies decided to open their eyes to politics after hopping on the Obama-fad and they think politics was nice, loving, happy-fun time for everyone but Obama. You weren't paying attention during the Clinton years or this Bush's first years (although I'll forgive you for not paying attention during the Reagan/Bush Sr. years since you likely didn't exist... blaugh ) and so you have no reference whatsoever for saying Obama is being disproportionately targeted by the media.

CNN is the worst in my opinion. Fox has a lot of BS, but CNN barely even ******** covers politics. Last time I tuned in I got told how to cure bad breath. CNN is fine if you want to watch about disasters and celebs. MSNBC is boring, blatantly biased, and has ugly ******** newscasters. The BBC and websites of newstations are better than actually watching the tv news.

For it to be not a factor, we would indeed have to be a post-racial nation, and we're clearly not if race was a factor for Obama. Race was a factor for Reagan/Clinton/etc even if it was just that some people felt more content voting for them, or that many non-whites felt disgusted, wearied, and disenchanted to roll yet another White Dude VS White Dude election. Black voting went up during the 08 election.

Since Barack Obama has become president, I've been looking into Politics quite a bit taking Political Science classes and watching the news alot, especially since I will be able to vote by the end of the year.

Sometimes when I watch the news I will flip between three news stations, CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News. In my opinon, Fox News is such a HORRIBLE news station! I have liberal views but I still like to see whats on the other side. Fox is supposed to be the republican point of view, but what they broadcast seems far from the truth.

Its turn into an Anti-Obama news station and promoting a split in America. I used to watch the news before and never before has the president been crticized THIS MUCH!

Fox News is just as reliable as any other major news station. They all have their bias, you just choose to see Fox's bias as far from the truth because of your liberal views. As for being anti-Obama, of course they are, they don't support socializing and nationalizing our country. It's not like Obama was the first president to be bashed on major news, Bush had to deal with the same thing. You disagree with something someone is doing, and refuse to take part in it, even though it is on the issue, you are seen as 'being against someone', although, in your mind, you're not against them, you just strongly disagree with their ideology and plans.

Exactly. Obviously you are not going to be for someone who is proposing things that go against your own political philosophy. It's not like Fox is bashing Obama for no reason, there is plenty of reason behind it. The liberals can't understand the reasons because they do not agree with conservative political views.
