To be that lethal and effective with handguns, unless you're loading hollow points (which would have increased the numbers dead significantly), you aren't going to score a dozen fatalities with 9's (guessing as that is a popular handgun) unless you're a competition level shooter. |

I think PTSD can safely be ruled out, or at lest I'm betting it wasn't just a soldier snapping. Conflicting reports of multiple shooters means coordination if there were. The Major is a convert to Islam, that raises an eyebrow. He was a psychiatrist which means 1.) If he had PTSD one would think he would know how to handle it and to get help and 2.) Exactly one kind of trauma would an Army head-shrinker who stays well behind the lines be exposed to?

So, Hasan didn't commit suicide, he was shot down. Also there IS another suspect in custody still. Press conference is late by a half hour.
