Shooter's dead and two other suspects in custody.

Praying for these soldiers killed and wounded and their families.

PTSD was my first guess, but only speculation for the time being.

I doubt it was PTSD unless it does come out that it was only one shooter but it seems they have eye witnesses of more then one, but you never know.
