Well, the Patriot Act was the "Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism" Act. If they can work up the courage to push the concept of an acronym that far, I don't imagine there's any length they couldn't work around to eventually.
