Hmm, it'd be cool, but not really and also would be kinda weird. Mewtwo is based off of mew. Mewtwo are engineered while mew are just the way they are naturally, so why would mew look like mewtwo. Well there's transform and how it can become even manmade pokémon like porygon. I guess if it had an interesting story behind it, yes.
