Yes. My Lapras is legit, I did trade it, but I traded it with someone not in GTS, but WFC. Usually none-legit Pokemon have no gender and unusally low or high stats. <3~

Legit in terms of Pokemon means, is it real. A lot of people will us AR codes, or DNS codes to cheat and get copies of Pokemon, or event Pokemon over and over. It just means, is it caught by you, trained by you, and not fake.
(I mean, it doesn't have to be caught by you, but for it to be real, you would really only know if you caught it)

I don't know if this will persuade you, but if I can somehow get a Water Stone, so you could evolve your own Eevee, and the hatchling Vulpix, would that be enough?
(I doubt it, but like the others, I really would love that Lapras...)

Sorry, I just want to see what my options are. I love my Lapras because he really comes in handy if someone wants a water-type Pokemon, and he knows surf, so he can haul me around in the water. :3

Cosmic Dandy ;; For some reason, stones don't work on any of Eevee's evolutions. You just have to somehow get them to evolve. Jolteon can't use a Thunderstone to evolve, Leafeon can't use leafstone, and so on. But again, I'll keep it in mind and decide after I see the stats of the rest and what not. :3

No, no, that's not what I mean.
You can use the stones on a non-evolved Eevee, correct?
So what I mean is, with a Water Stone, you can evolve an Eevee into a Vaporeon.

edit;; Also, if I can get my hands on a Fire Stone, you could just evolve the Vulpix into a Ninetails.
