I am not sure how you want your team to go, but you are kind of lacking a physical tank, and With Rotom-W and Quagsire you are helping fend of against lightning, which you have Jolteon for, So to cover your other weakness to grass you could go Empoleon to give you coverage that way. Since Jolteon would be considered a wild card if you where going for the mono Type.

I will do some more research for you and see what i can pull up that would help your team.

Make use of water pokemons ability to use Ice Beam, it helps a lot against Dragons, Grass, and Flying types that would normally wall you being as your damage is halved.
