Question about breeding Pokemon and abilities

So, I got a Meowth off the GTS for my Pokedex. It's ability is Technician, but I was wondering... If I bred the Meowth with another Pokemon, would there be a chance the offspring could have Pickup?

So, I got a Meowth off the GTS for my Pokedex. It's ability is Technician, but I was wondering... If I bred the Meowth with another Pokemon, would there be a chance the offspring could have Pickup?

It's 50/50 for either ability. The only abilities that are passed down by breeding are DW abilities (and then only from the female); all other abilities are determined by chance.
