Welcome to Gaia! ::

Omnipresent Nymph

Hi, Pokeforum!
So in two days, my college's Pokemon league is having a Halloween party. Dress up as you want, and themed teams are a plus! Going as a flower child (yas) so need ideas on a tubular team to use.
Looking for Pokemon that you could imagine back in the 70s.
So far, I came up with:

Bouffalant @ Leftovers
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Zen Headbutt
- Return
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Meganium @
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Def
Calm Nature
- Toxic
- Leech Seed
- Petal Blizzard
- Iron Tail/Dragon Tail

Florges @
Ability: Symbiosis
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpD
Calm Nature
- Moonblast
- Psychic
- Protect
- Energy Ball

Flygon @ Wide Lens
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Jolly Nature
- Earth Power
- U-Turn
- Fire Blast
- Dragon Claw

Scraggy @ Assault Vest
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 128 Def / 128 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Iron Head
- Dragon Dance

I need ideas for the last slot (even shiny versions if they're amazing enough!), and possibly ideas for item change ups/EV spreads/diff moves?

Bouffalant. You NEED Bouffalant.

Omg yaaaaaas. lol
His hair. It's so fabulous.
I must use him instead of Exploud.
Youarewonderful <3
I was thinking maybe Amoonguss.
Shaymin comes immediately to mind, more so than Meganium or even Florges -- I think of the fields of multicolored flowers surrounding it in Platinum.

Supportive Seraph

Maybe Kecleon thanks to its ability to change colors?
It'd be a bit trippy to some people under the influence of certain drugs...
      <_<;;

      Or maybe Golurk?
It looks like one of those Rock 'Em, Sock 'Em Robots.
Didn't those come out in the 70s?

Lilligant seems more appropriate to me than Meganium.
However this is your team, and if that was the first one you thought of, then I say go for it.

Prodigal Survivor

What does Flygon represent? Also get rid of EP for EQ . EP is a special move and Flygon is a physical attacker. Choice Scarf/band helps. Also scraggy would be better with drain punch and thunder punch.

Dangerous Lunatic

You need a Hypno.

I would love to use Shaymin, but prohibited from legendaries being used. x -x
I love that little hedgehog.

Kecleon can change colors. . .?
Explain this phenomenon. o ^o [never used a Kec]

I was stuck between Meganium/Lilligant/Cradily, but I've always had a soft spot for Meganium since 2nd gen. ; w;

It doesn't show it in-game, but it happens in the anime.
In-game, it has the ability Color Change.
Essentially, it changes its type to whatever type of move its hit with.
For example, if hit with a Dragon-type move, it becomes Dragon-type itself.
If then hit with say, a Dark-type move, it changes into a Dark-type.
And so on and so forth.
