Pokemon Generations is a Pokemon Unity filled with trainers both young and old, beginners and veterans, battlers and breeders. Pokemon Generations is the first Pokemon Unity to specialize in the many Pokemon regions and the five Pokemon generations. The Gym Leaders and Elite 4 along with the Champion are masters of their region and/or generation. It's a Pokemon community unlike anything Gaia has ever seen. This is a new generation and it's time to do away with the horrid mono-type team based leagues that litter the Pokemon Subforum. Elemental Master you say? Cool story bro, but we've got a whole Pokedex of Pokemon to use.

All the Region Leaders, Elite 4, Champion and challengers will follow these rules. In competitive Pokemon, there are several standard rules used in every match. These rules are called clauses, and they serve to stop some over-powerful strategies, reduce the role that luck can play in a match, and overall, just make the game more enjoyable. Activating any one of these clauses will result in disqualification.

----------------------------------------Evasion Clause-Moves that boost evasion (i.e. Double Team and Minimize) are not allowed.
----------------------------------------Freeze Clause-Two or more Pokemon on a team cannot be frozen at the same time.
----------------------------------------Sleep Clause-Player A loses if, at the end of Player A's turn, two of
----------------------------------------Player B's Pokemon were put to sleep by a move Player A used but were not
----------------------------------------forced into, and neither have had their sleep removed since then. The clause
----------------------------------------basically means that if you have already put a Pokemon on your opponent's
----------------------------------------side to sleep and it is still sleeping, you can't put another one to sleep. Rest, used
----------------------------------------by either player, is never counted by this clause.
----------------------------------------Self-induce sleep via Rest does not activate Sleep Clause.
----------------------------------------OHKO Clause-One-Hit KO moves are not allowed.
----------------------------------------Species Clause-Two or more of the same Pokemon may not be used on the
----------------------------------------same team.
----------------------------------------Self KO Clause-If both players have only one Pokemon left, moves which KO
----------------------------------------both the user and the opponent are not allowed. E.G-Explosion, Destiny Bond. If
----------------------------------------recoil damage would cause a tie, Self KO Clause does not activate, and the
----------------------------------------player who last attacked is the winner.
----------------------------------------Item Clause-All Pokemon on a team must hold different items, however,
----------------------------------------if the challenger and challenged agree, the item Leftovers can be used more
----------------------------------------than one time in the said teams.
----------------------------------------h4x Clause-The following items are banned: Lax Incense, Bright Powder, Razor Fang, King's Rock,
----------------------------------------Razor Claw, Scope Lens, Quick Claw, and Focus Band.

----------------------------------------Note: These Pokemon are banned from use in this Unity.

----------------------------------------Also, a team cannot have a Pokemon with the ability Moody, or have a Pokemon with
----------------------------------------Drizzle and Swift Swim in the same team.

----------------------------------------This Unity is OU oriented. However, any fun battles and rules can be talked and
----------------------------------------agreed upon by the players. They will not be considered official matches and will not be counted.

----------------------------------------Challengers: It is YOUR responsibility to keep track of all badges and trophies you earn.

----------------------------------------Leaders: It is YOUR responsibility to report all winnings to me.

----------------------------------------Note: Assume all Leader/Elite Four battles are 6 on 6 unless otherwise stated.

Note: In order for anyone to become the Generation Champion and be inducted into the Pokemon Generation Hall of Fame, one must collect all the badges and trophies. Only then can he or she become the Ruler of the Regions and Genius of the Generations.

As the Champion, he or she must defend his or her right to stay the Champion. If someone other than the current Champion collects all the badges and trophies, that person may challenge the current Champion to a Deathmatch to claim the Champion's throne. A Deathmatch consists of a Lvl 50 Flat Battle. The winner of that match will become the Champion. Anyone with the qualifications to become the Champion may challenge the current Champion if there is not one yet, only once per day.

How to play: Every day, anyone can send me a PM (or in the thread if I or --Kiki Luster Phoenix-- is online) with up to three guesses. Please try to send or post all three of your guesses together as to cut down on clutter. Any more than three guesses will be ignored. The winning guesser will receive any LEGIT shiny 4th Gen breed-able Pokemon of their choice. The Pokemon of the week will be active until the end of the week.
