Hmm can I have battle ready modest Frillish with Recover, and a battle ready adamant darumaka with flame wheel and takedown?

Sure thing. I'll get to work on them right now.

Any chance you could make them both female?

I could try. What IVs do you want for both?
And if they come out with your desired IVs but are male, would you still be willing to take them?
