You have a pokemon with the nature you want and the Synchronize ability in the first slot of your party.
There's a 50% chance the pokemon you encounter will have said nature.
Easier with legendaries since they're stationary.

I just beat Wallace. Lol.
I could probably complete the dex if weren't for the event pokemom. Legendaries make everything complicated ^^;
I just know that the shiny charm increases the rate of encountering shinies. I want to say the rate is the same every time your SR

I think it's 100% with Latios/Latias and Cosplay Pikachu.
It's 50% with everything else.

Nah. It just needs to be in the first slot of your party. I had a fainted ralts in mine
