♦ Members must be active and post regularly.

♦ Members may challenge other Gym Leaders.
♦ Every member must have at least 4 Pokemon of his type.
♦ The other 2 Pokémon can be wild-cards of any type.
♦ Don't even bother asking to join if you're not responsible.
♦ Members cannot change types whenever they feel like it.
Everyone:
♦ All battles are to be done through Wi-Fi on a DS.
♦ Battles are not to be done by means of RP.
♦ All battles are for Gen.V
♦ Smogon rules apply.
♦ Legendaries allowed. (Unless it's a Uber)
♦ Hackers and dis-connectors will be banned.
♦ PM or Quote League members for a challenge.
♦ One week cool down for re-matches!
Clauses:
♦Evasion Clause
Moves that boost evasion (i.e. Double Team, Minimize, and Acupressure) are not allowed.
♦Sleep Clause
Two or more Pokémon on a team cannot be asleep at the same time. Self-induce sleep via
rest does not activate Sleep Clause.
♦OHKO Clause
One-Hit KO moves are not allowed.
♦Species Clause
Two or more of the same Pokémon may not be used on the same team.
♦Self KO Clause
If both players have only one Pokémon left, moves which KO both the user and the opponent
are not allowed (e.g. Explosion, Destiny Bond).
If recoil damage would cause a tie, Self KO Clause does not activate, and the player who last
attacked is the winner.
♦Hax Item Clause
Items that rely solely on luck are not permitted.
(These include: Quick Claw, Brightpowder, Lax Incense, Scope Lens, Kings Rock, Lucky
Punch, Razor Claw, Razor Fang, and Stick.)
♦Item Clause
Not more than one identical item can be kept by team members.
♦Moody Clause
A team cannot have a Pokemon with the ability Moody.
♦Banned Moves

The following Pokemon are banned due to having what is considered 'Uber' stats:
Arceus, Blaziken (with speed boost), Darkrai, Deoxys-A, Deoxys-S, Deoxys, Dialga,
Excadrill, Garchomp (with sand veil), Giratina, Giratina-O, Groudon, Ho-Oh, Kyogre, Lugia, Manaphy,
Mewtwo, Palkia, Rayquaza, Reshiram, Shaymin-S, Thundurus, Zekrom.
