Can a male HA pokemon pass it's ability ?

I've bred several HA eevees with a ditto and a male HA eevee. So yes, but it's a lower chance than the females.

Do you perhaps remember what ability that ditto had ?

Limber. I didnt have a HA Ditto at the time.
