They fixed Mewtation a long time ago, and poor Ditto got dethroned. Now, as in genwun, the best Pokemon is a level 100 wild-caught Metapod. It doesn't afraid of anything, especially after it gets six turns to set up its invincible Harden barrier. Not even Dunsparce stands a chance. 3nodding

Mewtation was one fan name for a certain Gen 2 glitch involving Transform and Sketch. Only Mew (hence the name) and Ditto could do it reliably, but any Pokemon with Metronome could also do it in theory.
