Go to the 3DS home menu and then you should see an orange box with a happy face on it.
Click it and it should say "Friends List".
When you enter it, you should see the option to register a friend click it and choose the internet option then enter someones friendcode. Also if they haven't added they haven't added you, you will have to enter a name for them. That doesn't matter at all, just click random letters.
To find yours, slide over to you on the Friends List and below your name should have your friend code. c:

Just give me any pokemon and you get a 6IV Foreign Ditto with a Destiny Knot (Literally a ball of yarn) . That's the only string attached in this giveaway.
