I like her pose! I'm not sure if you were going for an exaggerated look at all, but her lips are definitely very plump-a-licious, hahah.

Everything's good, but the eyes are off. They should be smaller and...they need eyelashes! o.o Dark long ones bby, so they balance her big red lips! Also, you may want to darken the shadows more. Higher contrast = more attractive.

The anatomy's pretty good, and the face looks pretty good too. Her lips should be.. erm.. wider? I think? And her eyes need eyelashes.
I think the biggest problem is the coloring. It lacks.. depth? And detail. The coloring in the skin should be softer, and you should add in more reds/purples/greys. Something along those lines, since in reality, our skin isn't perfectly peach.
The hair could use more detail and depth too.
Keep practicing, it can't be easy, since it looks like your dealing with a mouse?

i think its pretty good but i dont like the eye brows a think that they should be more thinner like a line not a circle...but other wise its a good pic!

You should add some more color value in the hair and the clothing where there should be shading, to give the picture more depth. I also noticed the eyes seem to be looking in different directions and the left eye should be angled down a bit to match the right eye.
