I could never decide on a style or a nose or something

then I couldn't' do bodies
cos I wanted them to be so realistic........

OH yah, I don't believe in proper proportions.
I mean, if a drawing style calls for it, i'll rip someone a new one about it, but I don't think I need it in mine....I hope. Cos if I do...thennnnnnn....li'm screwed cos i'm stuck like this LMFAO

I think the neck is fine so long as the rest of the body is enlongated, as well. Which it is. That being said, her left (our right) arm is too short. The other arm, however, is fine. smile

They work if they're STYLIZED properly, people are too hardcore and don't realize that when the whole body is elongated and thin, it's only proper for the neck to also be.
It goes both ways too, the realism obsessors and the anime obsessors both complain. It's like they think all art has to look a certain way... They obviously have never taken an art history class or been to an art museum.

I always like your work and NOT because I think it's like nbc or because I like tim burton. Because really those things have kinda been ruined by rabid fangirls and the comparison isn't totally positive for me. I like them because they're still your work and they're creative characters and concepts, rather than fan art or emulations.
