Quick sketch of one of my characters.

Materials: 8 1/2 by 11 paper, .5 and .7 mechanical pencils, and five minutes of my time.

That's great for five minutes, wow! O:
The body proportions look great, but perhaps the neck and head are too long? And the eye on the left looks too high up. Otherthat that it's great, nice work.

Ahh, the long face... >.< When I was little, I would draw these huge heads and little tiny bodies. After my sister pointed it out, I finally got it all in proportion, kind of, but I've been struggling with breaking the really long face thing.

It's awesome, I love the style. Though she kinda looks soulless, it's cool.
My only suggestion is for girls emphasize a fuller lip for a more feminine look.
And I'd say you keep the face just as long as it is. It's a style thing, it doesn't need to be changed at all.

Like with Eddie's legs, I didn't notice it didn't look feminine until after it was uploaded. Also, I was trying to make her look like her brother. They're "nearly identical" twins.

Why bother posting something you only spent 5 minutes on? Show us something you spent an hour, two hours, three or more hours, and maybe then we'll be able to see what you really need to work on. A 5 minute sketch doesn't show what you don't know, because you were probably going too fast and left some things out. I won't spend the time critiquing your work if you won't spend the time making something worth it.

When I said five minutes, I was kidding. If I'd spent five minutes on something, I wouldn't have put it up here. This is how I draw, it's my style, and I spent a good long time with erasing and redrawing. So now that you know, please be kind enough to actually give me some form of critique on it.

The face is a bit manly for a girl. It might be the chin, it's a bit square. The eyes are uneven. I also suggest you thicken the upper eyelid lines, it may help with how dead they look. Adding some definition to the irises might help, too. The pupils are uneven, as well. The mouth is slanted a different way from the rest of the facial features.

Your shoulders are different lengths, the left one is slightly longer than the right one. Seeing as the position she is in is forcing her shoulders to be right in front of us with minimal slant, that makes no sense. Her left one is also a bit too far away from her chest. Her left breast should be sagging a bit more than it is. The body lacks much definition, I can't tell where her ribs or waist start and end. That could just be because of the shirt though. Her body is oddly slanted, though. At that slant, her right shoulder should be up higher than it is. Her hips seem a bit small.

5 minutes? You should spend more time on your art :C There's a lot that could be improved here, especially in the face. The eyes are actually going in different directions it seems, and do not line up on the face. Anyhow, it is very cute, but I think if you took your time and studied how the face wouold be put together, it would come out a lot better.
