i'd say, you're characters are stiff. ^^ The best tip i give someone: look in the mirror. Look where your body bends and curves, try to do the same in your drawing.

Even clothing has shapes and isn't stiff.

yeah I've noticed my characters are a dit stiff thank you for the tip. I'm going to try that out and see how it works =)

The proportions are off, the figures are all stiff, and it looks very flat...
But I think with some work you could get really good.

You need to work a lot on proportions. Also they look toooooooo stiff.
