She's really cute. Some things to note:
I don't know what is is, but the shape of her jaw is strange. From her right cheek all the way down to the chin is fine, but as soon as you start the left side it gets really wonky. Also, since her face is in 3/4 view, you need to make her right eye smaller. You need to move her nose up a bit too. Her ear is too small and too close to her left eye. The ear goes from the top of the eye to the bottom of the nose. The ear is also connected to the side of the jaw, which you have ending in a really strange place? Yeah, the ear needs to stick out more since she's in 3/4 view.
Moving on, her neck is the perfect width. I feel like you haven't really given her any trapezius muscles, which makes her shoulders start too early and gives her tiny shoulders. They should be widened just a bit to give some room to the muscles on her back. Generally, the breast starts from the armpit and goes down. You'll find that a breast is not perfectly round, and it actually has a more lemon shape to it. Going down further, you've gotten the placement of the waist right. You just need to define it a bit more. For a female, it curves nicely inward and then out again to join the hips.
Now to move onto the legs. First off, what's that strange bump you've got on the right side of her hip? If you were attempting to draw some of her buttocks (which is how it should be, that's good), then only add a subtle curve to indicate the butt area. Not a big one. The length of her legs looks fine to me, but I'm wondering about what her left leg is supposed to be doing. It's bent strangely. Is she sitting on it? I don't understand the pose anymore. I suggest trying to change the leg's position so that we can tell what kind of a pose she's in. One more thing to note is that a person casts a shadow. If she's sitting on the ground, then there should be a shadow in the places she's making direct contact with, and then shadow further than that where it's away from the light source.
That's about it. I really like the colors, and you this was a pretty good try. Just keep practicing anatomy.
