If you have to look at something look at real life, like a chair, book, or real person.

It doesn't help you copying something that is already drawn

If you yourself did not take those photographs and then drew from them, trying to make them look like the photograph, that's eyeballing. And is a no no and gaia. If you would refer to the Copy FAQ on the picture post page.
