Does anyone know a good, free Paint Shop program? I have PSP Elements...but it doesn't have the pen tool, which I desperately need.

Actually, I do. The Gimp Free, powerfull, and I'm pretty sure it has most of what photoshop has, including the pen tool.

I mentioned the mac site first because it was origionally developed for the Mac. I don't even use it, as I'm lucky enough to have gotten my hands on a copy of photoshop. I just mentioned it because it looks like a good program. If I had a Mac, it would be what I would use.
