What strikes me is that all the grey colours are somewhat of the same shade. More contrasts would make details stand out better; more shadows might help you achieve that wink

Diedrich's face should be a little more Thinner and his tounge looks a little eh. But other then that its good! And i agree you should make the eyes looking at something.

This is actually pretty nice for a drawing with markers. Unless you mean you have those really high-end artist markers.
Because those are cool, and I want some.
Either way, it's not bad. And I wouldn't say you were bad at drawing by any means. Simple, sure. Room to improve, everyone does. But not bad. Kinda cool.
