Well, she certainly looks very blank, which you were going for, so you're good on that.
As for Joyless being a name or not, this is the internet I think you're pretty much free to do as you please, I think it'd be an interesting name.

The only changes I would make would be giving her a more exciting/interesting hair style...

The design should tell people that she's joyless. (Being blank isn't being joyless by the way. That's a non expression you drew. A face at rest.
