Okay, animal anatomy, even humanoid animal anatomy, is different form human anatomy. How you have the chest sticking out in that one point makes it look like they either have breasts, or a large tumor in their chest. There really isn't anything else I can see in this one to critique.

But please, you have like two other topics on here already, try to limit yourself to just one every day or two days and put different pieces in one topic. Just because it's not fair to others who want critique on their work and their topic gets bumped of the page because so and so have like five up within a few moments of each other.

Anyway. Again anatomy really needs work.
Neck seems nonexistant.
Face proportions arent working.
The hat is sitting on its own plane of reality.
Chest is puffing out way too far. It also has many other errors.
Shoulders way too high and sharp.
Forearms are disproportioned. Arms in general are disproportioned.
Both legs to appear to exist on an alternate plane of reality as well.
Foot isnt hanging at all when it should be.
No depth in the backround.
Many more.

Learn anatomy. I'll tell you again and again.
