I figure you're just focusing on coloring so...
You need to shade with different colors. Use low opacity with some nice reds, oranges, yellows, rich browns. You seem to be doing alright with the neck there, now just bring up a bit of saturation on her face. It looks a bit dead now. D:
Just keep practicing~ :3 Every new thing takes a little getting used to.
I'm trying to understand here.
are you going for a realism feel in your drawing? Is it intentional to have the eye color in a out of the ordinary (ex. green, blue, brown, etc..) color? just curious.

well anyways I feel that the hair seems like it has the rough texture of something like hay, maybe smoothing it out would be more realistic? give it a try.
The ear at first glance seems to be a bit to awkward and eye catching for some reason. maybe in the way that it is positioned/ angled or perhaps sized?
Ears tend to be a difficult thing to capture realistically, there are planes seen that can be difficult to draw.

long term suggestion:
keep practicing shadowing. maybe on a smaller scale?
I think maybe your taking on to many things on at once.
seriously go get a 18 X 24 white sketch pad and jumbo stick charcoal and start drawing hands, feet, mother, father, sister/brother, and so on and so forth.
If you really want to go in depth into drawing anatomy and figuring out the planes of the body
(jaw, nose, eyelid area, inner ears, etc..) it will help in the long run. believe me.
good luck

I'm going to add face markings that are also purple, and maybe spakles and stuff in her hair

This is not done, not close

Thanks for the comment
yes.

Ears: your ear is defiantly bigger than what the picture is showing scale that down.

Lips: I don't understand why there are different color vertical stripes on her lips neutral also the lower lip could be a little more jutted out but in a very sensitive way.

Eyes: don't get easily fooled upon the eye make-up that the model is wearing I feel it takes away from what you've drawn in your drawing. also add a little bit more detail in the upper eyelid flap/fat whatever you would like to call it. since the eyes sink in a little into the face there is this slight sense of depth and it would be beneficial to add that detail also it is not best to put a light brown line where the eyelid slightly folds above the eye. maybe adding a very slight smudge would help.

well this will help a little, hopefully if you understand.
there are plenty more things i would point out but I think this will be good for you to work on.
good bye
