Looking good!
If you are using Photoshop (or any program with layers) I would suggest creating another layer and add some blue to the shadows. :> Or any cool color really.
As far as the structure goes, this is very good!
You just need to take some time, add some darker strands into the hair, some sharper/darker shadows around the eyes and such.
When doing clothing, try to remember that the cloth is not painted on and it has depth. As such, it would come up and make bumps.

The hair should certainly have a lot more contrast.
You should have a mid-tone, a darker tone and a lighter tone. As well as highlights on top.
Hair is really a pain in the arse. You need sharp lines but not TOO sharp of lines. . . and what have you.
