Pet's forum is a slow forum... and i know there are many that live in the US so many of us are sleeping.


And why do dogs rule? What makes them better? and you are a sad person if you consider pit bulls with gansters, they are actually really sweet dogs.

I myself am a rodent person, but I like cats and dogs, own a cat currently and want to own a dog down the road.

Really, I'd kind of like to put them in a pen and let them fight eachother for my enjoyment, you know, since that's what they've done to these dogs. It really pisses me off. Because of an ignorant few, I can't own a pitbull, and I want desperately to own a pitbull. But I can't because they aren't allowed in my town, and I'd have to have special insurance.

THANKFULLY, there's legislation being considered that would take them off that ignorant vicious dog list, and if that happens, then maybe I could get one.

My shelter down state is overfilled with pit crosses... so much that most of them are in froster homes... And they ran a two month special or so for people of Yispi to get their pit bulls/crosses to get altered. Down state I live about an hour/hour and a half from Detroit, and about half an hour from the bad part of Yispi... so i'm sure some of the animals that have come threw have been in the ring or been a bait dog... so that makes me said. My cuz a few hours north of me has had a few bullies and they were the sweetest ever... one (carter) was a puppy as my cousin's kid was just turning 1... that pup let the kid using him to lean on... tackle him, sleep on.... he would even play with the kid in a way that he was overly careful not to hurt him, and then when Adian's father was home and would get to playing, the dog used a bit more energy and had only nipped the guy once (he was doing the face slap play...so i say it is his fualt he got nipped) but carter knew he did wrong and always tried to just n** the air in front of the hands, and not the hand's themselves... but not once did he ever really try to bit Aidan.

I believe it. Pitbulls are known to be exceptionally gentle with children. Personally, I like watching Pit Boss on Animal Planet. I don't know if you've ever seen it, but it's this guy with dwarfism that rescues pits, and he has back issues, and he has a pitbull as his service dog. This guy's maybe only 4 feet tall if he's lucky, and that dog is just extremely gentle with him, and this dog is bigger than he is.
