25 acres is generally okay for that many horses. The rule is 1 horse per acre. You're better than the "country girls" living in my neighborhood that like to cram five into less than 1 acre and not even let them out of their stalls during the day.
I know, I hate people who do that to their horses..Horses need to be let out and they need space, they can't be stuck in their stalls all day. Some people think that all you have to do is feed them and give them water and they're good..they need more then that.
